Integrability of the N=4 gauge theory and the Hubbard model
	I shall explain how the all loop Bethe Ansatz conjectured by Beisert, Dippel and Staudacher for the dilatation operator of the N=4 gauge theory in the su(2) sector can be obtained as a reduction of the Bethe Ansatz for an integrable short-ranged model of correlated fermions, namelythe Hubbard model.
