Towards  Spetses
	Complex reflection groups in many aspects seem to behave like Weyl groups of some hypothetical objects, called Spetses, similar to algebraic groups: Using the concept of cyclotomic Hecke algebras, it is possible to construct many combinatorial data with similar properties as those of unipotent characters of finite reductive groups and to show their unicity under a sensible set of axioms.
