ACCOMMODATION

Dear Invited Participant of AHA, LP, CFT-MM,

We hope that you received our e-message of March 21 with the subject "CIRM-06 Accommodation". Please let the organizers know if you did not receive it or if there are any discrepancies there.

REGISTRATION

The registration will be open from March 21 to May 19 at

Please contact CIRM and the organizers if your name is not in the list we sent to CIRM or there are any discrepancies. CIRM requires that all of you must register. Please register for meals at the CIRM restaurant if it is mentioned in the March 21 e-letter or in the invitation; generally, other Luminy restaurants (good and close to CIRM) can be used. You may change your registration information later if necessary by emailing to CIRM (not online).

We will have access to the reservation database, however please email us if you change your plans significantly. The conference will lose about E 200 a week for every room that is not occupied according to the conditions of the support provided by CIRM (and someone will need to stay in a hotel during this week).

SUPPORT

We confirm the financial support mentioned in the invitation we sent you and in the e-message of March 21. If you decide to stay at a hotel or elsewhere instead of CIRM, we will try to contribute reasonably to your expenses. We will of course greatly appreciate it if you use your own funds as much as possible.

HOTELS

Those who stay at hotels will be able to use the CIRM restaurant and other Luminy restaurants. If you decide to stay at a hotel, please make your reservation as soon as possible, June-July are very busy months in Marseille. Booking is up to the participants. The e-message "CIRM-06 Accommodation" contains more information.

How to reach the Saint-Charles station and Luminy:
Please visit

We suggest using shuttle from the Marseille-Provence airport to the Saint-Charles station; it is convenient (about 25 min every 20 minutes) and inexpensive (8 E). Taxi from the airport to CIRM is about 60 E.

How to reach Citadines from the Saint-Charles station:
Please use metro M2 BOUGAINVILLE-STE MARGUERITE DROMEL, the stops are "SAINT CHARLES" and get off at "CASTELLANE" (Citadines Castellane, map) and at "ROND-POINT DU PRADO." (Citadines Prado, map).

We suggest using Bus 21 from Citadines to Luminy (see the schedule); about 30 minutes, 1.5 E and about 5 minutes from the bus stop (the last) to CIRM. The taxi will cost you about 25 E.
